The Canvass marketing team is responsible for developing brand awareness, go to market and growth opportunities to fuel continued acceleration & utilization of Canvass’ AI platform. Our work ranges from looking at dynamic and diverse ways to build out our community across the industry, make Canvass a reference point across the many industry segments we serve, expand across key global & strategic partnerships, enable our product & sales team with robust and relevant enablement, launch and manage campaigns to fuel continued growth, track metrics and reduce the sales cycle through innovation across our marketing programs and technology platform.

Job Description

As a Marketing Growth Lead, you will use your knowledge and experience to drive go-to-market and campaigns, launch relevant content to fuel awareness, get deep on analytics, U/X and A/B testing to maximize conversion rates and be up for filling in the gaps as we build out a world class marketing team to support the growth of Canvass.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and launch campaigns to support our GTM (go-to-market) initiatives

  • Work with our Partner Team to support dedicated partner programs that land and expand across these key relationships

  • Manage the day-to-day requirements across key digital assets to drive increase in traffic, interactions and engagement

  • Savvy on content and execution of copy

  • Optimize conversion funnels on landing page experiences through quantitative and qualitative testing from acquisition to customer marketing - the full customer journey

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize

  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Wordpress, Google sheets and supporting the build out of the marketing tech stack to fuel growth

  • Proficiency with probability and statistics

  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting, and ability to do deep data analysis and drive recommendations to senior leadership

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

  • Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood

  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • You are analytical and metrics driven with strong copywriting skills along with a hunger to test and experiment with new and innovative ideas

  • You live and breathe anything and everything related to opportunity creation & growth because you consider yourself a strategist who can optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates and increase funnel marketing efficiencies

  • You have experience with improving and optimizing online user experience, with a focus on B2B conversions

  • You will combine processes with flexibility, data with wise iteration and curiosity with perseverance

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years of B2B demand generation experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize

  • Familiar with HubSpot, WordPress and Salesforce

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis

  • Proficiency with probability and statistics

  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting, and ability to do deep data analysis and drive recommendations to senior leadership

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood. Team Player and can work independently to achieve required goals
