As a Business Development Representative, you will tackle every day with excitement to cultivate, generate and qualify sales leads. You will quickly become an expert in understanding the business, technology and product needs of prospective customers. Cold calling and building a sales pipeline are your strengths. you enjoy connecting with new people and are passionate about technology. You actively listen to prospects and make every effort to understand their business challenges in order to properly qualify each opportunity. You’re an over achiever and you want to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Duties
Partner with Sales to cultivate, generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up on sales leads for qualification and appointment setting.
Build sales pipeline with qualified prospects and maintain up-to-date prospect contact information.
Conduct research required to understand prospective customer’s business and technology requirements.
Maintain and prepare activity reports.
Bring your high energy and motivation to our team
2-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development.
Previous high volume cold calling and/or lead generation experience.
A natural communicator.
Strong presentation skills, excellent time management and organizational skills.
Industrial background a plus!
