Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Development Representative will develop the fundamentals of Software Sales with a goal of promoting into a full closing role as an Account Executive. The SDR will be required to discover and pique the interest of C Level executives of our current and potential client base in the manufacturing industry and to communicate the link between their needs and our solutions.  Furthermore, using the sales funnel model, the SDR will work with the management team to transition clients through the various stages from awareness to post-purchase to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.  We are looking for competitive, dynamic and self-motivated people who want to jump start their sales career by building the foundation of becoming a top sales performer.

Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion for providing the right solutions and the drive to exceed sales targets.  The SDR will work closely with the Management and Senior Sales people, providing the opportunity to rapidly develop your career in sales.

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as phone calls, emails, and demo scheduling
  • Meet or exceed key activity metrics for calls, emails, qualified opportunities, demos booked and more
  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries and appropriately advance them to the next step in the company's sales cycle
  • Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and fill up the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize outbound lead management
  • Accurately and thoroughly update records in CRM software
  • Handle a large amount of lead flow


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Quick learner that is excited to take on challenging projects
  • Team player that enjoys planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and able to tackle anything that comes your way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in sales role preferably in an outbound calling environment
